We are registered with the Home Office to provide same-day fast track services. This allows us to submit certain types of applications to the Home Office on your behalf and obtain a decision on the same day. You do not need to attend the Home Office.

This means our clients’ do not have to wait for months before making their application at the Public Enquiry Office in Croydon. This is a hassle free, efficient route to obtain a same-day decision.

The following types of applications can be dealt with on the same day

– Applications for indefinite leave to remain after:

– 5 years continuous work as a work permit holder

– 2 years continuous stay on the basis of marriage to a UK Citizen

– Further leave to remain for approved work permit holders

Terms and conditions

The Home Office will only consider straight forward applications on the same day. Occasionally, there may be hidden defects with an application which will not be possible to identify from the information you provide. This may be identified by the Home Office immigration officer considering your application. They may ask for more information by way of a postal application.

If for any reason the Home Office refuse your application, they may choose not to refund your fees. In this case, we will not refund the Home Office fees or our fees although we may be able to assist you in making a fresh application at no extra cost subject to the following conditions:

– You followed our advice and instructions for the initial application (which was refused)

– You provided all the documents we required for the initial application

– You follow our instructions at any fresh application stage and provide any new/further documents required

Slots are allocated to us by the Home Office. We are currently on the regular users list at the Home Office and we have an allocated slot available every Monday of the week. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage caused as a result of a slot being cancelled.
